Refund and Returns Policy

* Goods where packaging has been tampered with will not be accepted for returns
* The returned products/ SKUs should be in original condition of dispatch
* All returns will be accepted in case of supplier issues of in transit damage, incorrect SKU dispatch or expired products
* Customized or bulk Orders will not be accepted for return
* Goods sold under certain scheme/ promotions will not be accepted for return
* Cement, Steel, Paint, on Order items this type of  products are non-returnable

1. Eligibility for Return/Refund:
• Products eligible for return/refund must be in their original condition, unused, and with all tags intact.
• Returns/refunds are only accepted within 7 days from the date of delivery.
• Customized or personalized items are not eligible for return/refund unless there is a manufacturing defect or damage.
2. Exchange or Credit Note:
• Once a product has been successfully delivered, we can only offer an exchange or issue a credit note against the bill.
• The credit note can be used by the customer for future purchases on our website or offline purchase.
• Exchanges are subject to product availability. If the desired product is unavailable, we will issue a credit note or offer an alternative product of equal value.
3. Damaged or Defective Products:
• In the rare event that you receive a damaged or defective product, please contact our customer support team within 48 hours of delivery (8766298411).
• We may request photographic evidence of the damage or defect for assessment purposes.
• Upon verification, we will arrange for a replacement or issue a refund.

• If some how you receive  a damage product or you think that this product may be damage we request you to pls provide us a video evidence to our team.
